The use of a compatible printer cartridge does not void the manufacturer's warranty.

Kleen Strike (UK) Ltd. warrants each remanufactured product to be free of defects in both components used in the remanufacturing operation and workmanship. This guarantee is covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

We manufacture under strict quality control standards assuring performance that equals or has been known to exceed that of the original. Kleen Strike has also been subject to independent testing of their product by the BERTL (Business Equipment Research Testing Laboratories) with confirmation by them of excellent results in both quality and page yield.

Kleen Strike also warrants that remanufactured cartridges and drum units used under conditions specified by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) will not cause abnormal wear or damage to the laser printer. In the unlikely event that a defect should occur, Kleen Strike will reimburse the full amount of the cost of repair but not consequential loss providing that:

1. The customer notifies Kleen Strike of the nature and cause of the fault or damage.
2. An estimate for repair on recognised service company letterhead is recieved and a written report of the nature of the damage and that it was exclusively caused by a remanufactured unit supplied by Kleen Strike.
3. Kleen Strike also reserves the right to inspect the printer in question using an independent assessor.
